Hallo,
ich wohne in dieser Wohnung in einer 2er WG. Ich werde umziehen und mein WG-Kollege wird auch ausziehen.
Ich suche daher einen Nachmiter für die Wohnung, so bald wie möglich.
Die Wohnung befindet sich genau vor der U-Bahn haltestelle U2 St. Leonhard. Von der 2-Haltestationen man den Plärrer erreicht, bzw mit 4 Haltestationen (ca 10min) am Hauptbahnhof ist.
Zum Einkaufen ist 2 straßen weiter ein Kaufland und jeweils 1-U-bahnstation noch eine Rewe und eine Norma.
Mit den Mietern hatte ich noch nie Ärger, obwohl es schon öfter mal vorgekommen ist das es bis spät nachts noch laut Musik gab.
Bei interesse einfach bei mir unter der ----/------- melden und einen Termin ausmachen.
