Die Wohnung befindet sich im schönen St. Peter. Böse Zungen behaupten das wäre schon Südstadt...
Die Bushaltestelle (Cramergasse Line 43/44) ist direkt vor der Haustür, der 36er (Stephanstraße) ist ca. 5 min zu Fuß entfernt, genauso wie die S-Bahn Haltestelle Dürrenhof. Der Wöhrder See und die Wöhrder Wiese sind auch fast vor der Haustür.
Die Ohm ist zu Fuß in 7 min zu erreichen (zumindest BL und BB), die Wiso mit dem 36er in ca. 10 min.
Zwei Bushaltestellen weiter gibt es einen Rewe bzw. in einer Seitenstraße auch einen Edeka und den besten Bäcker von ganz Nürnberg "Hildes Backwut".
Zum Hauptbahnhof, und damit zur Innenstadt, sind es mit dem Bus 5-10 min, zu Fuß vermutlich 20-30.

The apartment is located in the beautiful St. Peter. Detractors claim it´s already "Südstadt"...
The bus stop (Cramergasse line 43/44) is in front of the house, bus line 36 (Stephanstraße) is about 5 min away, as well as the S-Bahn stop Dürrenhof. The Wöhrder See and the Wöhrder Wiese are around the corner.
TH Nürnberg (Ohm) can be reached on foot in 7 minutes (at least buildings BL and BB), FAU (Wiso) with bus 36 in about 10 minutes.
Two bus stops further on there is a Rewe or in a side street also an Edeka and the best baker of all Nuremberg "Hildes Backwut".
To the central station, and thus to the city centre, it takes 5-10 min by bus, on foot probably 20-30.
Da ich selbst im Ausland bin, möchte ich so gut wie all meinen Kram dalassen. Du solltest also damit klarkommen. Natürlich darf auch alles benutzt werden was da ist, ein Drucker zum Beispiel. Es gilt nur, was alle oder kaputt ist wird ersetzt.
Hier im Haus sind alle sehr freundlich, eine Freundin wohnt in der Wohnung gegenüber und hat auch einen Schlüssel falls mal was ist.

Since I am abroad myself, I want to leave almost all my stuff there. So you should be okay with that. Of course you can use anything, a printer for example. The only rule, empty or broken stuff has to be replaced.
Here in the house everybody is very friendly, a friend lives in the apartment next to mine and has a key in case something happens.
