Die großen Fenster sorgen für viel Licht. Für zusätzlichen Stauraum sorgt darüber hinaus ein eigenes Kellerabteil. Bei bedarf können einzelne Möbel abgekauft werden.
Die Warmmiete beläuft sich auf 490,-€ zzgl. Heizkosten und Stromkosten.
Lage:
Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr guten Lage im Stadtteil Wöhrd und man kann alles was man braucht zu Fuß in kurzer Zeit erreichen.
In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Ärzte, Apotheken sowie ein Fitnessstudio. Den Wöhrder See erreicht man zu Fuß in 5 Minuten.
Zur Straßenbahnstation Deichselstrasse sind es 2 Gehminuten. Zu den U-Bahnstationen Rathenauplatz, Schoppershof und Rennweg sind es ca. 800 meter.
Zur TH Nürnberg sind es 1,4km und zur FAU 1,5km, das heisst sie sind in unter 20 Minuten fussläufig zu erreichen. Zur Innenstadt bzw. Zum Hauptbahnhof gelangt man mit der Straßenbahn in 10 min.

The apartment on the 1st floor has 2 rooms, a bathroom with a window and bathtub, as well as a kitchen that stays there for a fee. There is a place for a washing machine in the bathroom. The large windows provide lots of light. A separate cellar compartment also provides additional storage space. If necessary, individual furniture can be purchased.
The rent is €490 plus heating costs and electricity costs.
Location:
The apartment is in a very good location in the Wöhrd district and you can reach everything you need on foot in a short time.
There are shops, doctors, pharmacies and a fitness studio in the immediate vicinity. Lake Wöhrder can be reached on foot in 5 minutes.
It is a 2-minute walk to the Deichselstraße tram station. It is approx. 800 meters to the Rathenauplatz, Schoppershof and Rennweg subway stations.
It is 1.4km to the TH Nuremberg and 1.5km to the FAU, which means they can be reached on foot in under 20 minutes. You can get to the city center or the main train station in 10 minutes by tram.
