Das zeitgemäß sanierte, angenehme, ruhige Apartment wird zum 01.05.2024 beziehbar. Die Wohnung liegt in einem gut geführten 6-Familienwohnhaus in sehr zentraler und dennoch ruhiger Lage im Hochparterre. Zur nächsten U-bahn oder Straßenbahn sind es ca.3-5 Min. zu Fuß. Außerdem gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe jede Einkaufsmöglichkeit, Restaurants, Uni, Wöhrder See, Stadtpark etc.

beantworten können. Mindestmietvertrag von einem Jahr 
Die Wohnung ist auch für ein Paar gut nutzbar. Es gibt eine Diele, zwei Zimmer( ein Größeres und ein Kleineres), eine Wohnküche und ein Tageslichtbad. Der begrünte Hinterhof ist mitbenutzbar, sowie ein Fahrradschuppen. 

Die Bilder zeigen die Wohnung im aktuellen Zustand. Die Kücheneinrichtung (eingerichtet mit Backofen, Ceranfeld Kühlschrank usw.), sowie die Badmöbel gehören zur Wohnung. Andere Möbel und Deko auf den Fotos gehören dem aktuellen Mieter.

The recently renovated, pleasant, quiet apartment will be available for occupancy on May 1, 2024. The apartment is located on the first floor of a well-maintained 6-family apartment building in a very central yet quiet location. The nearest subway or tram is about 3-5 minutes' walk away. In addition, there are shopping facilities, restaurants, university, Wöhrder See, city park, etc. in the immediate vicinity. 

Please understand that we can only respond to complete, written inquiries (e-mail with name, address, and telephone number). Minimum rental contract of one year. The apartment is also suitable for a couple. There is a hallway, two rooms (one larger and one smaller), a living kitchen, and a daylight bathroom. The green backyard is shared, as well as a bike shed. 

The pictures show the apartment in its current condition. The kitchen equipment (equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator, etc.), as well as the bathroom furniture, belong to the apartment. Other furniture and decoration in the photos belong to the current tenant.
