A small studio apartment made of two rooms and one toilet-shower, with furnished kitchen, Loft bed, plenty of furniture, and 100meters from Ubahn 2 and 3.
It has LAN ports in the house for internet, with cables, and a router.
I will leave inside my monitor and sound system, so feel free to use them.
The kitchen has two fridges, one freezer, a few cutting boards, and all the other utensils one might need.
The bed is built into a second floor made from sturdy Balken wooden beams, and a solid ladder to get on top.
The Loft floor has also a wooden "pull up bar" and "gymnast rings" for training.
The living room has a very cozy armchair sofa thing, and most lights in the house are also very warm and cozy (and dimmable).
There is a vacuum cleaner in the house.
The floor is all moquette, so it is very comfy but be careful by the kitchen.
The square meters are supposedly 30, but with the extra floor it becomes quite more spacious.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an old building. The floor has been recently remade so all the stuff there is new.
As mentioned the building is located less than one minute from the Wohrder Wiese ubahn station.
It is also about 10 minutes of walk from the old town, and it has several shops and supermarkets in walking distance from it.
Also the Techniche Hohchschule is some 2 minutes of walking away.
I am currently out of town but feel free to call me on my german number, or even better call me / write me on Whatsapp or Telegram.
For any visits you will have to talk with my neighbor who lives upstairs and will take care of visits and showing around.
Most of the *stuff* you see in the pictures will be moved away into storage by the time you arrive, apart from the aforementioned commodities (monitor, sound system, kitchen, ecc..)
I hope we can solve most remaining question via phone or chat, given the severe lack of free time for visiting in the current situation.
