Die monatliche Kaltmiete beträgt 650 Euro (zuzüglich Nebenkosten-Pauschale von 140 Euro). Bitte beachten: Vertrag für Strom und Gas ist separat mit N-Ergie (oder vergleichbarem Anbieter) abzuschließen - die Kosten dafür kommen obendrauf.
Internet nur über W-Lan-Router (wird gestellt) verfügbar - Sim-Karte mit hohen bzw. unbegrenztem Datenvolumen erforderlich.

I'm offering a two-room-apartment in the Steinbühl district close to city centre.
The rooms are furnished (bed, desk, cabinet). Kitchen, balcony, bathroom and separate toilet are at your disposal.
The monthly rent is 650 Euro and an additional 140 Euro for utilities. Please note: For electricity and gas you have to sign your own contract with the local provider (N-Ergie), the costs will be additional to rent and utilities.
Internet available only via WLAN-Router (already in the apartment) - SIM-Card with high or unlimited data volume necessary.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im zentralen Nürnberger Stadtteil Steinbühl nahe dem Siemens-Standort Gugelstraße und in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Haltestelle der Straßenbahn (2 Minuten), die euch ins Zentrum bringt, sowie in Laufnähe zur U-Bahn U1 (8-10 Minuten), die euch in 7 Minuten zur Messe bringt. Die Nürnberger Innenstadt und der Hauptbahnhof sind aber auch zu Fuß gut erreichbar (ca. 20 Minuten).

The apartment is located in the Steinbühl disctrict close to city centre and Siemens Gugelstraße. The tramway station is in close proximity (2 min.), it is also only a short walk (8-10 min.) to the U1 metro station, where U1 brings you in 7 min. directly to NürnbergMesse (trade fair). You can as well walk to city centre and main railway station - it is not far away (20 min.).
