During your booked time, you'll have the apartment all to yourself. Our stylish and bright 100 sqm rooftop apartment with terrace is situated in Prenzlauer Berg. It comprises 1 bedroom, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 very spacious bathroom, 1 guest toilet, and a hallway.
Your mornings will kick off perfectly, as our bedroom enjoys sunshine until midday, followed by sunlight streaming into the other side of the apartment. From our terrace, you can relish life with a glass of wine while witnessing stunning sunsets – an experience we never tire of!
If you're accompanied by a furry friend, we'd be delighted to host your dog as well :)
We provide everything you need for a comfortable stay, but please note, it's not a holiday apartment; it's our very much loved home. If you're expecting service, more luxury, or hotel standards, it's better to book a hotel... :)
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen. Es gibt eine Vielzahl von Verkehrsmitteln in unmittelbarer Nähe, darunter S+U Schönhauser Allee, S+U Gesundbrunnen, S Bornholmer Straße sowie verschiedene Straßenbahnen (Trams), die einen schnellen Zugang zu beliebten Zielen wie Mitte (15 Minuten) oder Friedrichshain (20 Minuten) ermöglichen.
Supermärkte wie Rewe, Lidl, Netto, Aldi, DM, Rossmann, Alnatura usw. befinden sich in Gehweite und haben teilweise sehr lange Öffnungszeiten. In der Nähe befindet sich auch das Einkaufszentrum Schönhauser Allee Arcaden.
Für Sightseeing bietet sich der Mauerpark in unmittelbarer Nähe an, wo man sonntags den Flohmarkt und das bunte Treiben genießen kann, sowie ideale Möglichkeiten für Outdoor-Sportaktivitäten vorfindet. Zudem gibt es eine Vielzahl erstklassiger Cafés, Restaurants und Bars in der Umgebung, insbesondere in der Gleimstraße, im Kollwitzkiez und die Kastanienallee.

The apartment is very well located. There are a variety of transportation options nearby, including S+U Schönhauser Allee, S+U Gesundbrunnen, S Bornholmer Straße, as well as various trams, providing quick access to popular destinations such as Mitte (15 minutes) or Friedrichshain (20 minutes).
Supermarkets such as Rewe, Lidl, Netto, Aldi, DM, Rossmann, Alnatura, etc. are within a short walking distance and have long opening hours. Also nearby is the Schönhauser Allee Arcaden shopping center. Directly opposite us, there is a small "Späti," which can save lives from time to time ;)
For sightseeing, the Mauerpark is nearby, where you can enjoy the flea market and vibrant atmosphere on Sundays, as well as ideal opportunities for outdoor sports activities. Additionally, there is a plethora of excellent cafes, restaurants, and bars in the area, particularly in Gleimstraße, Kollwitzkiez, and Kastanienallee.
