Die Wohnung liegt im 2. OG mit teilweiser Dachschräge. Im 1.OG wohnt der Vermieter. Die Wohnung hat nur einen gemeinsamen Eingang und im ins 2.OG zu kommen, muss man durch den gemeinsamen Flur.
Die Wohnung wurde vor 2 Jahren renoviert und jedes Zimmer hat ein Fenster. Möbel können vom Vormieter abgekauft werden.
Ruhige Lage an einem Park gelegen. Der Outdoorfitnessplatz und das Schwimmbad sind nur 3 Gehminuten entfernt.
Der Garten ist mitbenutzbar. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt und das Rauchen im Haus ist nicht gestattet.
Ich bin 25 Jahre alt und wohne im mir meiner Freudin im 1.OG. Wir sind beide berufstätig und würden uns über einen etwa gleichaltrigen Mieter/in freuen.
