Ab dem 1.12.2011 suche ich eine Mitbewohnerin. Meine 3 Zimmer Wohnung ist 4 km von Offenburg entfernt und ca. 70 qm groß. Ich bin 29 Jahre alt und momentan die meiste Zeit im Ausland, sodass ich nur selten zuhause bin. Du hättest also die Wohnung fast für dich alleine. Nur wenn ich zu Besuch komme, vielleicht drei mal im Jahr jeweils drei Wochen, wäre ich deine Wg- Mitbewohnerin. Das kleinste Zimmer in der Wohnung würde ich also dann für mich behalten. Ansonsten kannst du die Wohnung komplett mitbenutzen. Das zu vermietende Zimmer kannst du dir mit eigenen Möbel einrichten oder möbliert übernehmen.
Bin jetzt dann Ende November für drei Wochen in Deutschland. Dann könnten wir uns treffen und alles weitere besprechen.
