Ich suche zum 15.11 einen Nachmieter für eine Erdgeschosswohnung in einer Doppelhaushälfte. Die Wohnung umfasst 2,5 (aneinanderhängende, nicht durch Türen getrennte) Zimmer, eine große Küche, ein Wannenbad, eine kleine Terasse und einen Keller. Die Kaltmiete beträgt 450 Euro, Warmmiete inklusive Strom und Internet zurzeit ca. 600€.
Die Wohnung ist ruhig und sehr zentral gelegen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Innenstadt und Bahnhof sind zu Fuß innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen.
Für meine Küche mit ca. 4 Jahre alten Elektrogeräten verlange ich eine kleine Abschlagszahlung, weitere Möbel könnten ebenfalls gegen Abschlag übernommen werden.
Besichtigungstermine sind von Dienstag bis Freitag zwischen 11:00 und 16:00 Uhr möglich, bei Interesse bitte direkt einen Termin vorschlagen.
