I am moving back to France and am looking for a new flatmate from the 1st August. The apartment size is adequate for 2 persons and the available room is ca. 20 sqm (furniture can be sold at option). My flatmate plans to move in the course of September.
The flat comprises 2 bedrooms, one spacious bathroom (including washing machine at option), one wintergarden, and one equipped kitchen. The flat is part of a 5 stairs building with a nice view on a courtyard. One internet Wifi connection is also available.

Ich werde nach Frankreich umziehen und bin auf der Suche eines neuen Mitbewohners(in) für eine 2er WG ab dem 1 August. Die Zimmergrösse ist ca. 20qm (Möbelkauf ist optional). Meine Mitbewohnerin plant, ab September auszuziehen.
Die WG besteht aus 2 Schlafzimmer, einem modernen Badezimmer (inkl. Waschmachine als Option), einem Wintergarten, und einer ausgestatteten Küche. Es handelt sich um ein Neubau-Haus mit einer schönen Aussicht auf einem Hinterhof. Ein Internetzugang via ein Internetbox kann zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
The flat is located in the Gneisenausstrasse, nearby the Eversten wood. The center of Oldenburg is about 10 minutes reachable by foot. The university of Oldenburg (Carl von Ossietzky) is about 10 minutes far by bicycle.
Die WG befindet sich in der Gneisenausstrasse, neben Eversten Holz und ca. 10 Minuten weit von der Innenstadt. Die Universität Oldenburg (Carl von Ossietzky) ist ca. 10 Minuten entfernt.
