Die Wohnung - bestehend aus zwei Zimmern (Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer), Küche und Bad - ist im 2. OG, sehr hell und gemütlich (Wohnzimmer und großer Balkon nach Westen). Eine Waschmaschine und Einbauküche (mit Geschirrspüler) stehen zur Verfügung. Kabel-TV und WLAN sind im Gesamtmietpreis (530 Euro) inbegriffen.
Da ich für zwei Monate aufgrund eines wissenschaftlichen Austauschs im Ausland bin, suche ich einen netten Zwischenmieter/in meiner möblierten Wohnung für die Monate Februar und März 2014 vermieten - 26. Januar bis 9. April ist der maximale Zeitraum.

- Auch ein Gästefahrrad steht zur Verfügung.
