Flat with 3 bedrooms, two of which are bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen and terrace. Unobstructed views and abundant natural light and all rooms are exterior. Capacity up to five people: two bedrooms with double bed and a single sofa bed in the lounge.
Our guests have fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster and cooking utensils necessary. With washing machine and space for drying clothes. The bed and bath linen are included in the rent. All rooms have air conditioning with heat pump.
Tourist services: supermarket, restaurants, hairdressers, shops, banks ... Beach access to two minutes. Health center on the same street. Bus stop two minutes away and easy access to central Palma or Porto Pi shopping on line 3 (often 10 minutes).
We expect our guests to leave the house in the same condition as they found it, respecting both the furniture and equipment.
- This is a quiet neighbourhood building, which doesn't allow parties or noisy activities that may disturb the neighbours. Please respect the rest of the neighbours.
- We are grateful that you don't smoke inside the house, but on the terrace.
- The maximum number of guests is 5.
- No littering is allowed on the stairs. Garbage should be deposited in the containers that are in the same street from 19pm onwards.
- clothespins and towels on the railings of the balcony are not allowed. There are clotheslines in the laundry place attached to the kitchen at the rear of the apartment.
- Bicycles may not be left in the vestibule or stairway landing.
- Please keep close the front door of the building.
- In case of a problem with electricity, gas or water contact with the owner.
- We ask the tenants to turn off lights and air-conditioning when they are out to avoide water spilling or other inconveniences for the neighbours.
