This charming flat for a couple or a single person is situated in the hip part of the town, called Santa Catalina. You`re surrounded by fancy bars, museums, artist gallerys, the fresh market and lots restaurants-chinese, thai,lebanese, russian, italien, japanese, french, spanish of course . The yacht harbor is only 3 minutes away and the beach 5 minutes, by foot!! Also only 5 minutes away is the fantastic night scene at paseo maritimo!!! You are in the hot spot of the city!!!
In the kitchen you`ve got everything you need  full equipped kitchen with a BOSCH dishwasher, a washing machine, a toaster, a shaker.
In the living room there`s aircondition, a fan and for the cold season you can use our heater. You got free 20 MB internet – the fastest you get on the island and free phone calls to your country with fixed line!!! We have a TV, DVD Player, an electric iron and a hoover.
The bed room is awesome. It`s like two rooms in one, because of a big platform from which you can enter the balcony. You have a view onto the market. The beautiful Mallorca sun will wake you up every morning. All windows are double glazed, so the heat, the cold, and the noise won`t annoy you.
Hallo ihr Lieben,
ich möchte mit meinem Freund für ein paar Moante weg von Mallorca, um die Welt zu entdecken. Deshlab tauschen oder vermieten wir unsere schnuckelige Wohnung im wahrlich besten Stadtteil Palmas. Santa Catalina ist die Szene-Ecke für Palma wie es Soho für New York ist. Ihr habt also Multikulti um euch herum. Hier sind die besten Bars, Restaurants, Galerien, CLubs, MENSCHEN. Außerdem ist direkt vor eurer Nase der Markt, heißt also jeden Tag frisches Obst, Gemüse, Fleisch, etc. Wer das Wasser mag, kommt voll auf seine Kosten. Der Yacht-Hafen ist nämlich nur 3 Min entfernt und der Strand maximal 10 Min ZU FUß!!! Die Partymeile ist auch ganz in der Nähe, alles ganz locker zu Fuß erreichbar (nur 5 MIN!). Ein Auto braucht ihr auch nicht, die Verkehrsanbindung ist wirklich sehr gut hier. Wer also den Süden mag und wem das Herz bei einer mediterranen Wohnung (aber mit Klimaanlage und doppelt verglasten Fenstern!) aufgeht, darf sich gerne melden.
Je länger ihr bleibt, desto weniger wird die Miete. Sehr sehr gern würden wir auch die Wohnung tauschen gegen eine in den Niederlanden.
