ich würde gerne meine Wohnung in Paris unbefristet untervermieten.
Zwei Zimmer (Schlaf, sowie Wohn-/Ess-/Arbeitszimmer), Küche, Bad und einer Terrasse im Erdgeschoss in einer kleinen Gasse in Belleville. Ruhig wie auf dem Land und in einem der schönsten Viertel von Paris. Zwischen den Haltestellen Jourdain und Pyrénée.
Es ist vorhanden: Bett, Schränke, Kleiderstange, kleiner Schreibtisch, kleines Sofa, ein runder Esstisch, drei Bistro Stühle und Regale an der Wand. Wer die Wohnung nach seinem Geschmack weiter auslegen will ist hierzu gern willkommen. Es soll sich zuhause gefühlt werden ;)

Die End-Kosten hängen ab von EDF (strom) und wanken derzeit zwischen Euro 992 und 1.005,- - inkl. Internet, Strom, Gas, Hausversicherung... und Fernseher, wenn einer da wäre ;). Müsste bei Bedarf mitgebracht, oder gekauft werden (es sollte so ca. 100 Programme geben). Eine Monatsmiete Kaution. Telefonkosten kommen hinzu wenn es benutzt wird. Telefonate zu einem Europäischen Festnetz sind kostenlos ;)

I'd like to sublet my 1Br apt at Jourdain in Belleville until ...open end.
The two rooms, kitchen, bath are about 35sqm. There is also a Terrace. Quite like country side and in the heart of Bellville.

There is a bed, a full kitchen (fridge, washing machine, stove, supplies), closet space, hangers, tables, chairs, sofa, shelf space, a vacuum etc... and storage for about two to three suitcases.
It's € 993,- a month with internet, electricity, house insurance etc... There is not a TV. If you bring or buy one there should be about 100 channels.
Phone calls to world wide landlines are free, all other calls add up.
