5 minutes walk to the train station, 10 minutes by metro to the North of Paris (Gare du Nord), in total less than 30 minutes to the center of Paris : Quartier latin, Boulevard Saint-Michel and Paris University -Sorbonne (Served by line H : Gare Epinay-Villetaneuse, then RER B)
Fully furnished apartment.
Rent 450 euros et 2 months deposits, charges included (Almost 280 euros below the initial rent, because of subletting and therefore without CAF (State Housing Assistance)).
