Sehr nettes Viertel Nähe Place de la Nation/Place de la Réunion. Exzellente Verkehrsanbindung (RER A, Metro Linie 9, 6, 2 und 1). Schöner Wochenmarkt Cours des Vincennes und andere lokale Einkaufs- und Ausgehmöglichkeiten (Biobäcker, etc). Bois des Vincennes sowie weitere Grünflächen nicht weit entfernt.
Einzugs- und Auszugstermin verhandelbar, aber idealerweise für 6 Monate ab September 2022. Miete incl. Internet und Assurance Locatif. Kosten für Strom und Heizung sind extra (bisher ca. 99 Euro/Monat).
