I acquainted well with your announcement. I rent an apartment in Paris of 55 m2 very well placed in a watched and reassured residence 7/7 and 24 hours a day.
The Flat is situated at the 18th floor and therse an amazing beautiful view of all Paris by night ! Eiffel Tour, Arc de Triomphe, Sacré cœur,Tour Montparnasse, Le Panthéon, Notre dame de Paris...

Paris 19  the place where the building is,there is the subway metro station Line 5 connections to reach all the center of Paris, train Stations, Gare du Nord, Gare de L'Est, Pigalle, Blanche (le moulin rouge), Anvers (Sacré Coeur) République, Bastille (opéra), Opéra (opéra garnier), Madeleine, Place de la Concorde, Trocadéro (Eiffel Tour) Champs Elysées (the most wonderful avenue in the worls)
The rent for 1 student is 1100 euros and 80 euros of the loads (responsibilities). 
The rent for 2 students is 1300 euros and 80 euros
We look for studious students who come to study and not party in the apartment. Obligation (bond) to respect places, neighbors and to maintain cleanly (strictly) the apartment. (We had troubles in the past with many students, that's why we are more careful now).
We ask that the parents (relatives) guarantee + both Passports copies + contact.
We also ask for a 900 euro pledge in case of damages and of degradation of the apartment.

This pledge will be returned the day of the departure, of course after the current situation inventory of fixtures.
