Meine Mitbewohnerin und ich vermieten unsere 2-Zimmer-Wohnung (WG) in Pfarrkirchen.
Ein Zimmer wäre ab Ende September/Anfang Oktober für EIN SEMESTER (bis März 2018) zu vermieten. Das andere Zimmer ab Ende September/Anfang Oktober OHNE BESTIMMTE DAUER.

Die Wohnung (DG) liegt mitten im Zentrum von Pfarrkirchen und der European-Campus ist in ca. 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar.

Ausstattung:

- 1 Tiefgaragenstellplatz
- 1 Kellerabteil
- EBK (mit Herd, Backofen, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster)
- Waschmaschine
- Zimmer 1: voll möbliert (Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Fernsehr)
- Zimmer 2: teilweise möbliert (Schlafcouch, Schrank, Fernsehr)
- WLAN

Die monatliche Kaltmiete beträgt 280,00 € zzgl. 130,00 € Nebenkosten OHNE Stromkosten.
Hinzu kommt die monatliche Rate von 27,38 € für den WLAN-Router.

My roommate and I rent our two-room apartment in Pfarrkirchen.
One room is available from the end of September/beginning of October UNTIL March 2018.
The other room is available from the end of September/beginning of October WITHOUT LIMITED DURATION.

The apartment (top floor) is located in the center of Pfarrkirchen and the European-Campus is about 10 minutes away (by foot).

- basement: 1 storage room
- fitted kitchen (stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster)
- washing machine
- room 1: fully furnished (bed, wardrobe, desk, TV)
- room 2: partly furnished (sofa bed, wardrobe, TV)
- WIFI

The monthly basic rent is 280,00 € plus 130,00 € ancillary cost WITHOUT electricity.
In addition the monthly rent for the WIFI is 27,38 €.
