Hallo ihr lieben
mein Name ist Lana Karayel, ich bin 26 Jahre alt und würde ab Februar für ein Jahr in Prag wohnen wollen. Ich werde dort als Lehrerin arbeiten (deutsch und Philosophie) und das für ein ganzes Jahr. Daher wäre es super, wenn die Wohnung möbiliert wäre, damit ich für das Jahr nichts Neus kaufen müsste. Ich bin generell an allen Angeboten interessiert und habe keine besondere Vorstellung über Größe oder Lage. Wir können gerne Sykpen oder ich komme auch gerne mal nach Prag, um mich vorzustellen. Eigentlich komme ich aus Berlin und wohne da auch schon alleine in einer Wohnung, für das Jahr in Prag müsste ich meine Wohnung auch untervermieten und weiß, dass man genrell die Angst hat, dass sich nicht gut genug um die Wohnung gekümmert wird. Aber keine Angst, ich bin ein sehr ordentlicher und verantwortungsbewusster Mensch und gehe mit den Sachen un der Wohnugn so um, als ob alles meine eigenen Sachen wären in Berlin, da ich das auch so wollen würde.
Die Maximalmiete sollte 600 Euro mit allem betragen.

I am working there as a teacher (german and philosophy) for one year, so I would be very glad, if the flat would be furnitured, so I don' have to buy new things for that year. In generall am interested in all offers, I don't really think about the location or the flat itself, so if you have an offer please don't hesitate to write me. We could skype or I can also come to Prague to present myself. In Berlin I am living in a flat for myself, so I am used to it. As I am working the whole day, I am not that often at home, but I am a very clean and responsible woman, I will look after the flat as if it is my home in Berlin. I must rent the flat in Berlin too, so I have also the fear, that something would happen to my flat in Berlin, I can understand it. That is why I would look after the things in the flat in Prague as if they are my things in Berlin
