Perfect 2 room flat in the Inner City

I am moving out from Regensburg and am looking for a long term tenant from 01.03. for this lovely apartment. The total rent is 640 euros (including N.K).

The apartment is very bright and is located at the 2nd floor. It is 53 sq.m. in area and has 1 big bedroom, 1 big living room, a kitchen & a bathroom. You can access your floor by a lift or through the stairs.

In the bedroom, you have a double bed with a mattress, 2 spacious cupboards, a 4 drawer chest and a standing lamp (2 lights). The bedroom also has a huge window (with curtains). The living room has a small dining table with 3 chairs, a medium size table, a TV stand and a book shelf. Here, again we have another huge window with curtains. The whole apartment has a lot of light during the day-time.

The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of storage space. There are 4 hot-plates, a bake-oven, lots of space in the refrigerator, another standing lamp and also a dish washer. In the bathroom, there is a personal washing machine.

I will cancel my current Wi-Fi connection, so the new tentant would have to register for a new one.

In its original condition, the apartment would have been completely unfurnished. Currently, the apartment is partially furnished with furniture / electrical appliances, which I had bought from the previous tenant in November (2016). I would prefer to sell all existing equipment for around 1300 euros.
