Meine Mitbewohnerin zieht zum Mai aus und ich bin ab Mai bis September/ Oktober im Ausland. Daher wäre die Wohnung in dieser Zeit für dich allein.
Mein Zimmer schließe ich ab. Du hast dein Zimmer (unmöbliert), großer Raum mit Küchentisch, Bad, extra WC und Küche, sowie Balkon für dich.
Es gibt auch die Möglichkeit die Wohnung für circa 750€ komplett zu mieten. Dann 1 Zimmer unmöbliert, das andere teilmöbliert, aber Privatsachen ausgeräumt.
Die Wohnung hat einen Balkon, eine voll ausgestattete Küche (Spülmaschine, Backofen, Mikrowelle & Waschmaschine).
Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe der Berufsfeuerwehr Regensburg. Direkt vor der Haustüre fährt die Linie 31 in Richtung Hbf und die 30 in Richtung Neutraubling. Die Linie 10 ist in 4 Minuten zu erreichen. Man ist zu Fuß in 15-20 Minuten am Dachauplatz und schnell an der Donau.
In der Nähe gibt es einen großen Rewe und einen kleinen Tante Emma Laden. Parkplätze gibt es auch extra für die Hausbewohner.
Die Miete beinhaltet alle Kosten (Kaltmiete, Strom, Wasser, W-Lan)
