Wir suchen einen Zwischenmiete/in für unsere 2 Zimmer Wohnung (3.Stock) in der schönen Altstadt in Regensburg (Nähe Neupfarrplatz) Gerne auch Paare aber leider NICHT Wg geeignet.
Das Zimmer beinhaltet eine eigene Küchen mit Ofen, Herd, Spülmaschine und Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Ein großzügiges Bad mit Badewanne inkl. Dusche und Waschmascine. Ein Schlafzimmer und ein großes Zimmer als Ess- Wohnzimmer. Das Haus ist ein Altbau aber renoviert und in gutem Zustand. Aber kein Aufzug vorhanden.
In 10-15 min ist man mit dem Fahrrad an der Uni/Oth. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist der Dachauplatz oder Thundorferstraße.
Die Wohnung wär ab 01.05. bis 30.05 verfügbar.
Die Miete beträgt 1200€ warm (inkl. Internet und Strom).
Neben Galeria Kaufhof, über Edeka.
Dachauplatz ist 5min zu Fuß entfernt.
