The flat is independent, on the 2nd floor of a shared house. There are 3 people living on the ground floor, between 26 and 35 years old, and two students on the first floor.
It is a two-bedroom luminous apartment with a small, fitted kitchen fully furnished (including dishwasher and freezer), a bathroom recently renewed and a big spacious living room (all the furniture in the living room is ours but can be taken over for a total price of 400€, negotiable).
The balcony and washing machine are to share with the people living on the first floor.
The garden, basement and bicycle storage are to share with the two other apartments.
3 to 4 minutes by feet is a bus station "Dürerstraße". Here you can use the bus line 4 to the university (10-15 min) and line 10 to the city center (10-20 min).
By bike its 15 min to go to the University and 15 min to go to the city center.
An internet connection, electricity charges and radio fees are not included on the owner contract, the 100€ extra costs are only an arbitrary number that I put to give an idea.
There is a dishwasher in the kitchen and a washing machine (to share with the people living in the first floor) in the balcony.
