Die Wohnung ist ein ehemaliger Partyraum in dem sogar noch eine Theke steht. Die Küche und das Badezimmer sind natürlich getrennt, ansonsten besteht sie aus diesem einzigem Raum. Daran schließt eine Terrasse an, die den Zugang zum gemeinsamen Garten ermöglicht.
Im Garten befindet sich ein Grillplatz und dort leben auch unsere Hühner.
Die Wohnung liegt in einem alten Vierkanthof. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 15 Minuten am Bahnhof, von dort aus ist man mit der Bahn in 25 Minuten am Kölner HBF. Somit eingenet sie sich gut für Studenten und Berufstätige aus Köln die in der Nähe der Stadt wohnen möchten.
Ich selbst wohne mit meiner Freundin über der Wohnung und wir freuen uns auf einen netten Nachbarn und ein angenehmes zusammen Leben.
