Die Wohnung hat einen schönen großen Wohn-Essbereich mit genug Platz. Das Schlafzimmer liegt zum Hinterhof und ist sehr ruhig. Die Einbauküche bietet viel Stauraum und es gibt eine Stehtheke mit Barhockern.
Das Wohnzimmer hat Südseite, sodass viel Licht einfällt und es angenehm warm und hell ist.
Die anderen Bewohner im Haus sind alle sehr nett.
Die Wohnung liegt super zentral, sodass man schnell in der Stadt, an der FH oder einer Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist. Mit dem Fahrrad ist alles gut erreichbar und eine Bushaltestelle liegt direkt 500m neben dem Haus. Der Bahnhof ist nur 10 Minuten entfernt. Die Autobahn ist auch problemlos in jede Richtung erreichbar.
Im Keller gibt es ein abschließbares Kellerabteil für jede Wohnung und einen Waschmaschinenanschluss in einem Gemeinschaftsraum.
Im Hinterhof ist eine Doppelgarage mit Stellplatz für jede Wohnung. Da nicht jeder im Haus ein Auto hat ist es bestimmt nach Absprache möglich zwei Plätze zu bekommen.
Da ich bereits vor Juli ausziehen kann, ist der Einzug ab Mitte Juni möglich. Wenn also Bedarf besteht kann eine Lösung gefunden werden. Die Möbel würde ich alle mitnehmen, könnte aber auch was da lassen.
