A super nice 2-room apartment (ca. 55m^2) will become available on March 1st.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor. It consists of a living room with dining area and balcony; then kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and a small storage room embedded in bedroom; all are in a very good state. The kitchen is fully furnished by the landlord, including fridge, dishwasher, oven and so on. My other furniture will be sold to you at a very low price (everything including the floor is 599 euro).
The rent is 370 EUR/month (cold) and the Nebenkosten are approximately 180 EUR/month (but exclude the electricity and network).
The apartment is located in Richard-Wagner Str.77, only 5-min walking distance to city center and 7-min to train station. Two bus stops (Haus der Zukunft) are within 1-min and 3-min walking distances respectively, providing very good connections toward MPI. As this apartment is not directly beside the public road, it is very quiet.
