Ab sofort ist in Hallein eine 3 Zimmer- Wohnung zu haben.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Burgfried Süd, einer Wohnsiedlung südlich von Hallein.
Sie befindet sich im 6 Stock eines Plattenbaus. Die Wohnung überzeugt mit ihren drei Zimmern, der Badewanne und dem Zugang zur 20 Quadratmeter großen Terasse. Von dieser haben Sie einen wunderbaren Blick auf die bergige Landschaft Salzburg. Die Wohnung weist ein paar Gebrauchsspuren auf, ist also nicht saniert, befindet sich aber generell in einem guten Zustand.
Die S3 Bahnstation Burgfried Süd befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung, von der Sie eine gute Anbindung nach Salzburg haben (Fahrtzeit ca. 30 Minuten). Ich freue mich auf ihr Interesse, und bei Fragen stehe ich selbstverständlich gerne zur Verfügung.

Im offering a flat in Hallein Burgfried Süd. The flat is in the 6th floor and the advantages of the flat are the three rooms, the 20 qm balcony and the beautiful view on the mountains surrounding Saltzburg.
The flat is a used one, but everything works fine, even though it is not sanified.
With the S3 station Burgfried Süd (which is just 5 minutes far from the flat) you have the perfect oppurtunity to go to Salzburg. It will take you appr. 30 minutes.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 6ten Stock. Lift ist im Haus vorhanden.
5 Gehminuten entfernt befindet sich die S3 Station Burgfried Süd von der Sie eine gute Anbindung nach Salzburg haben.
Im Keller des Hauses befindet sich eine Waschküche mit neuer Waschmaschine und einem Trockner. Ebenso gibt es ein Kellerabteil, bzw. einen Fahrradkeller.
