Ich mache ein Praktikum in Wien von 1. August bis 31.Dezember (vielleicht auch Januar) und suche jemanden der in der Zwischenzeit auf meine Wohnung aufpasst :)
Die 4 meter hohen Wände machen die Wohnung schön hell und lassen sie auch ein wenig größer wirken als sie es tatsächlich ist.
Die Nachbarn sind super nett und den Garten dürfen alle gemeinsam nutzen.
Der hauseigenen Parkplatz bietet Platz für 1 (vielleicht auch 2, müsste man klären) Autos.
Ich würd gern alle Möbel in der Wohnung lassen, man kann aber gern was auf den Dachboden räumen.
Im Garten steht ein kleiner Grill.

I am doing an internship in Vienna for 6 months and I am looking for someone who looks after my condo :)
The walls are 4 meters tall, which leads to much light flooding the apartment. It also feels a bit larger because of that.
The neighbors are super kind and the garden is there for everybody.
The house also features it's own parking lot.
There's a grill in the garden you can use :)
Verkehrsanbindung ist genial.
Die SBahn ist 5min Fußweg entfernt und der Bahnhof ist 2 Stationen entfernt.
Die nächste Bushaltestelle eine Minute.
Der nächste Supermarkt 3 Minuten.
Das Krankenhaus ist auch gleich in der Nähe, daher hört man manchmal den Hubschrauber landen, aber mich stört das null.
Zu Fuß in die Altstadt, entlang der Salzach, braucht man ca 20min.

To walk to the old town, taking a stroll along the Salzach, takes you about 20 minutes.
Die Wohnung kann gerne besichtigt werden.
Das Apartment ist optimal für Paare und Einzelmieter, da das Bad nur durch das Schlafzimmer begehbar ist.
Sollte das kein Thema sein, kann die Wohnung natürlich auch als WG genutzt werden.
Ich werde zeitnah zu einem anderen Stromanbieter wechseln, dann werden die Nebenkosten etwas schrumpfen :)

The apartment is ideal for couples and individual tenants as the bathroom is only accessible through the bedroom.
If that's not an issue, the apartment can certainly be used as a shared flat (WG).
I will switch to another electricity provider soon, which will reduce the utility costs a bit :)
