Hi! I am subletting my spacious, sunlit room - I will be abroad ( 24 Jan - 1st March )
I am open to more short-term inquiries for week[s] as well, during this period (prices will be adjusted accordingly).
No deposit is necessary.
The room has a single bed, table, and lamp (quite basic, but has been ok for me thus far). We unfortunately do not have a living room, but the room is very spacious and sunlit during daytime hours.
My boyfriend will be staying in the other room; he is a music student and software developer - he will likely be out of the house most of the time, but courteous when home. You will be sharing the kitchen and bathroom.
We are centrally located across the Salzach, and transit is right outside of our door.
The Train station is 5-8 min by foot.
Interspar/Billa - >5 min

Hallo! Ich vermiete mein Zimmer - ich bin vom 24.01. - 01.03. im Ausland
In diesem Zeitraum bin ich auch für kurzfristigere Anfragen für Woche(n) offen (Preise werden entsprechend angepasst).
Es ist keine Anzahlung erforderlich.
Das Zimmer hat ein Einzelbett, einen Tisch und eine Lampe (ziemlich einfach, aber bisher war es für mich in Ordnung). Wir haben leider kein Wohnzimmer, aber das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und tagsüber sonnendurchflutet.
Mein Freund möchte im anderen Zimmer bleiben; Er ist Musikstudent und Softwareentwickler – wahrscheinlich ist er die meiste Zeit außer Haus, aber höflich, wenn er zu Hause ist. Sie teilen sich Küche und Bad.
Wir liegen zentral über der Salzach, die Verkehrsanbindung direkt vor unserer Tür.
Der Bahnhof ist 5-8 min zu Fuß entfernt.
