because of work situation I would like to move out from my Apartment in Lange Hecke 16, Salzgitter.
- my contract will finish end of April.2016 but you can move in anytime in between from now on.
- your contract will be direct with the owner of the apartment. ( I will give the contact information when you are interested)
the person who want to rent this place must buy the kitchen (Propose price: 900 Euro VB) please see the photos!
- the bed and closet are also available for sell.
- the kitchen is one year old and it has been rarely used because for my work I have to be in Hamburg. it is almost like a new kitchen.
- the bathroom is in a very good condition and the rooms are neat and clean.

- the connection to the Autobahn is perfect. go out of the apartment and in 2 minutes you are in the Autobahn nummber 39.
- in 8 to 10 minutes you are in the center of Braunschweig
Public transportation
- there is one bus stop (I guess 603 ) exactly near the entrance door of apartment ( 1 minutes ) which make the connection to braunschweig just perfect. there is also another bus stop ( I am sure 620 ) 4 minutes away from apartment.
the ALdi, Lidl, Real, Rossmann, Landessparkasse, Backerei ... all are 3 to 5 minutes away by walk.
