Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und freundlich, das Schlafzimmer hat Blick in den Garten. Alles ist vollständig möbliert. WLAN-Internet, Sat-Antenne und Strom sind ebenfalls im Preis enthalten. Es kommen keine weiteren Kosten dazu. (Für ein Paar wären die Nebenkosten und Stromkosten höher, deshalb wäre bei zwei Bewohnern der Endpreis 680€.) Die großzügige Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet und enthält sogar eine Spülmaschine. Es gibt einen Ceranfeld-Herd mit Backofen, eine Dunstabzugshaube, eine Mikrowelle, einen Toaster, eine Kaffeemaschine, etc. Das Badezimmer hat eine neue Waschmaschine.
Noch nicht auf diesen Bildern ist das Sofa im Wohnzimmer und ein Sessel im Schlafzimmer.

The flat has got one huge room and a small walk-through room, so it is suitable only for a single person or a couple. The flat is sunny and friendly, the sleeping room has got a view into the garden. Everthing is fully furnished. Sat-Antenne, WLAN-Internet and electricity are provided and included. There will be no further costs. (For a couple the running-costs and electricity will be higher. Therefor the end-price for two people will be 680€.) The kitchen is furnished and has among the other usual things a ceramic glass cooktop, an oven, an exhaust hood and a microwave - and even a dishwasher. The bathroom has got a new washing-maschine.
Not yet on the pictures to be seen is a sofa in the living-room and an arm-chair in the sleeping-room.
