Dank der zentralen Lage können Supermärkte, Bars, Restaurants und natürlich auch das berühmt-berüchtigte Trischli sehr schnell zu Fuss erreicht werden. Der Marktplatz ist 5min zu Fuss entfernt. Zur Uni und zum Bahnhof St. Gallen werden je 15min zu Fuß benötigt. Für die Faulen gibt es zudem Bushaltestellen («Theater» & «Kantonsschule») um die Ecke. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Umgebung äußerst ruhig und liegt unmittelbar an der Treppe zu den Drei Weihern. Ausserdem ist die beste Bäckerei in St. Gallen nur 50m entfernt!
In der Wohnung vorhanden sind:

This charming and centrally located 4.5 room flat at Konkordiastrasse 7 (9000 St. Gallen) will become available as of July 2023. Thanks to the central location, you can reach supermarkets, bars, restaurants and of course the infamous Trischli nightclub within a few minutes on foot. The Marktplatz (market square) is a 5min walk away, while the university and main train station are each a 15min walk away. For the lazy, there are also bus stops (“Theater” & “Konkordiastrasse”) just around the corner. Despite the central location, the neighbourhood is extremely quiet and is right next to the stairs leading up to the Drei Weihern. In addition, the best bakery in St. Gallen is only 50m away!
The flat has:
- 1 spacious kitchen with dishwasher
- 1 big living room
- 3 luminous rooms (ca. 12-14 square meter each)
- 1 bathroom
- 1 storage room (in basement)
- 1 shared washing machine (in basement)
