- 45 m² bereinigte Wohnfläche + 10 m² Dachterrasse (Südausrichtung, nicht einsehbar)
- vollausgestattete EBK (inkl. große Kühl-Gefrierkombination, Spülmaschine)

- Bedingung, dass die Möbel sowie TV etc. in der Wohnung verbleiben und pfleglich behandelt werden (!)
