Da ich einen Job in einer anderen Stadt gefunden habe, ziehe ich aus meiner schönen und hellen Wohnung aus. Die Wohnung besteht hauptsächlich aus 3 Zimmern (2 Schlafzimmer, 1 Wohnzimmer), Küche und Bad.
Es sind einige Umzugskosten zu beachten:
-- 1x Schlafzimmer (~14m²) --> es sind bereits Möbel vorhanden - 1x Bett Breite 140cm, 2x große Schränke, 1x Schreibtisch, 1x Bücherregal und 1x Nachttisch, der vom Nachmieter für 300€ übernommen werden muss (siehe Bilder)
-- 1x Schlafzimmer (~17m²) --> es gibt einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und ein Bett Breite 140cm, der vom Nachmieter für 200€ übernommen werden muss (siehe Bilder)
-- weitere Gegenstände --> fast neuer Kühlschrank/Gefrierschrank und Waschmaschine, die vom Mieter für 400€ übernommen werden müssen

Since I have found a job in another city, I am moving out from my nice and bright apartment. The apartment consists mainly in 3 rooms (2 bedrooms , 1 living room), kitchen and bathroom.
There are some transfer costs to consider:
-- 1x bedroom (~14m²) --> there is existing furniture - 1x bed width 140cm, 2x big closets, 1x desk, 1x bookshelf and 1x night table that must be taken by the next tenant for 300€ (see pictures)
-- 1x bedroom (~17m²) --> there is a walk-in closet and a bed width 140cm that must be taken by the next tenant for 200€ (see pictures)
-- further items --> almost new fridge/freezer and washing machine that must be taken by the tenant for 400€
Die Wohnung ist im 2. Stock eines Altbaus in der schönen Altstadt von Bad Cannstatt. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral im Herzen von Bad Cannstatt. Um die herum findest du alles was du für das tägliche Leben benötigst. Zu der Einkaufspassage am Wilhelmsplatz mit Supermarkt und Drogerie sind es lediglich 5 min zu Fuß, zum Cannstatter Carré ca. 7 min, auch Wilhelma ist nur 5 min. entfernt. Zudem liegt die Fußgängerzone in Bad-Cannstatt direkt um Eck, dort findest du alles weitere wie Apotheke usw.
Zu den ÖPNV sind es ebenfalls nur ein paar Minuten. Hier noch ein paar wichtige Entfernungen:
5 min zur U1/U2 vom Wilhemsplatz Bad Cannstatt
3 min zur U13/U14/U16 Rosensteinbrücke
7 min zur S-Bahn Bad Cannstatt und U-Bahn Wilhelmsplatz (nur 1 Haltestelle zum Hauptbahnhof)
2 min zur Marktstraße Bad Cannstatt (Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Wochenmarkt)
3 min zum Stadtstrand ;-)

The flat is on the 2nd floor of an old building in the beautiful old town of Bad Cannstatt. The apartment is very centrally located in the heart of Bad Cannstatt. Around the you will find everything you need for daily life. To the shopping mall at Wilhelmsplatz with supermarket and drugstore it is only 5 min walk, to the Cannstatter Carré about 7 min, also Wilhelma is only 5 min away. In addition, the pedestrian zone in Bad-Cannstatt is just around the corner, there you will find everything else like pharmacy, etc.
To the public transport it is also only a few minutes. Here are some important distances:
5 min to U1/U2 from Wilhemsplatz Bad Cannstatt
3 min to the U13/U14/U16 Rosenstein bridge
