Zentrale, gemütliche und voll ausgestattete Wohnung im Herzen Bad Cannstatts

Wir werden für ein paar Monate zu Fuß mit Zelt unterwegs sein und möchten deshalb unsere schöne Wohnung im Herzen der Altstadt Bad Cannstatts untervermieten.

Die Wohnung würden wir möbliert untervermieten und somit steht eine komplett ausgestattete große Küche mit Sitzmöglichkeit zur Verfügung, ein Schlafzimmer mit Bett (1,40m), 2 Kommoden und 1 PAX-Schrank, ein Wohnzimmer mit großem Esstisch, Sofa und höhenverstellbarem Schreibtisch, ein Bad mit Dusche/Badewanne und ein schöner Balkon inklusive Sitzmöbel und Gasgrill.

Der mögliche Zeitraum der Untervermietung wäre 1. März bis 31. Juli 2021, dies könnte ggf. aber noch abgeändert werden bei Bedarf. Die Anzahl der Untermieter*innen ist ebenfalls flexibel; aktuell wäre es für eine Einzelperson oder ein Paar wohl am kompatibelsten, unsere Vormieter waren aber beispielsweise eine WG, also auch zwei Einzelpersonen wären möglich (die sich aber gemeinsam bewerben müssten!), dann müsste man ggf. halt ein paar Möbel hin- und herschieben...

Fahrräder kann man entweder im Hinterhof abstellen oder aber im Keller, für ein Auto benötigt man einen Bewohnerausweis, wenn man nicht lange Fußmärsche auf sich nehmen möchte... Mit dem Ausweis lässt sich aber immer ein Plätzchen finden.

We will be on a long hike with the tent for a few months and would therefore like to sublet our beautiful apartment in the heart of the old town of Bad Cannstatt.
We would rent the apartment furnished and thus a fully equipped large kitchen with seating is available, a bedroom with bed (1.40m), 2 chests of drawers and 1 PAX wardrobe, a living room with large dining table, couch and height-adjustable desk, a bathroom with shower/bathtub and a nice balcony including seating and gas grill.

The possible period of subletting would be March 1 to July 31, 2021, but this could be changed if necessary. The number of subtenants is also flexible; currently it would be most compatible for a single person or a couple, but our previous tenants were, for example, a shared apartment, so two individuals would also be possible (but they would have to apply together!), then you would have to move some furniture back and forth if necessary...

Bicycles can be parked either in the backyard or in the basement, for a car you need a resident's card, if you don't want to walk long distances... But with the ID card you can always find a place.
