Außerdem gibt es noch einen großen Keller.
Die Wohnung ist perfekt für eine Person, aber auch für zwei Personen geeignet.
Lage: Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus mit nur 3 Etagen, in einer sehr ruhigen Straße. Genügend kostenlose Parkplätze auf dem Gelände. Es gibt eine gute SSB-Verbindung (U5-U6-U12) nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt.
Die Wohnung wäre ab Anfang September frei. Die meisten der Möbel werden nicht in der Wohnung bleiben, aber wir können in Bezug auf bestimmte Elemente zu diskutieren.
Der Vermieter ist super nett und hilfsbereit, immer verfügbar und freundlich. Als Nachmieter sucht er eine Nichtraucherperson ohne Haustiere.
Besichtigungen sind von Montag 25.07 bis Dienstag 02.08.2022 möglich. Bitte melden Sie sich hier und erzählen Sie mir ein wenig von sich :)

Beautiful 2-room flat in Degerloch Albstraße.
The flat is very nicely cut: two rooms of equal size for living room and bedroom, a small hallway, a separate kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher and electric cooker (the whole kitchen stays in the flat and does not have to be bought), and a bathroom with bathtub (and washing machine connection). There is also a large cellar.
The flat is perfect for one person, but also suitable for two people.
Location: The flat is located in an apartment building with only 3 floors, in a very quiet street. Enough free parking spaces on the premises. There is a good SSB connection (U5-U6-U12) only 3 minutes walk from the house.
The flat would be available from the beginning of September. Most of the furniture will not stay in the flat but we can discuss regarding certain items.
The landlord is super nice and helpful, always available and friendly. He is looking for a non-smoking person with no pets as a next tenant.
