Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht. Das Bad hat eine Badewanne. Das Bett ist 140x200 cm. Es wohnen noch 3 weitere Parteien im Haus. Man kann die Wohnung auch über die Tiefgarage erreichen (kein freier Stellplatz vorhanden!) über einen Aufzug, also stufenloser Zugang, allerdings ist der Wohn-und Essbereich zwei Stufen erhöht!

The apartment is in a very quiet location (dead end) and has a small garden and a terrace. It has a dark stone floor with floor heating. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The bathroom has a bathtub. The bed is 140x200 cm. There are 3 more parties living in the house. You can also reach the apartment via the underground car park (no free parking space available!) via an elevator, i.e. stepless access, but the living and dining area is two steps higher!

Sehr ruhige Lage da Sackgasse. Trotzdem ist man in 25 min zum Kunstmuseum am Schlossplatz gelaufen.
Nächste Haltestelle des ÖNV ist die Schottstraße und 10 Gehminuten entfernt.
