Our ready-to-move-in apartment is on offer, fully furnished with high quality and stylish furniture. The apartment is located on the 13th floor of Skyline Living apartment - it is a new 21-floor skyline located right next to Pragsattel U-Bahn Station and Killesberg Park. In the Skyline Living building, ours is currently the only available apartment with more than 1 room. The apartment has 2,5 rooms - a spacious living room with high quality built-in kitchen, bedroom, an extra room we use for guests and working, a separate bathroom and toilet as well as a washroom where washing machine is located. The apartment also has a beautiful glass balcony furnished with extendable sofa. The view from the apartment is simply spectacular looking over entire Stuttgart, and very bright with sun- and daylight as the windows extend from floor to ceiling. You will reach the city center within 6 minutes with the U-Bahn (U6, U7, U5, U13) and supermarkets such as Edeka in Killesberg Höhe and Tegut are located walking distance. Garage is extra and can be organised.

As we are temporarily relocating abroad, we are looking for a fitting person/couple to live in our apartment for a time period of up to 2 years initially, with a possibility to extend. The apartment is perfect for an expat moving to or living in Stuttgart for a fixed period as well as working professionals who wish to have a comfortable, hassle-free apartment.

It is possible to make a virtual tour of the apartment via online for those who are not able to travel at the moment. Moving-in date is relatively flexible around August, minus or plus 1 month.
