Wir bieten unsere Wunderschöne und bunte Wohnung mit 3 große Zimmer und separate Einbauküche zur Zwischenmiete.
Alles ist inklusive - Strom, Gas, Wasser und sehr schnelles Glasfaser-Internet.
Weil sie im Dachgeschoss liegt, hat man den ganzen Tag sonnenlicht, was besonders am Morgen in der Küche schön ist. Von der Küche aus hat man auch einen schönen Blick auf den Kappelberg und die Weinberge.
Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, Fernseher, Stereoanlage, Kühlschrank, Ofen und Herd, Waschmaschine aber KEINE Spülmaschine. Es gibt ein sehr großes Bett im Schlafzimmer und ein kleineres Doppelbett im zweiten Zimmer, das wir als Büro und Gästezimmer nutzen.

We are offering up our wonderful colourful apartment with 3 large rooms and a separate kitchen for a 2 month sublet.
Everything is included - Electricity, gas, water and very fast fibre-optic internet.
As the apartment is in the upper floor, you get sunlight all day, which is particularly lovely in the the morning in the kitchen. From the kitchen you get a great view of the Kappelberg and the vineyards in the distance.
The apartment is fully equipped with TV, stereo, fridge, oven and stovetop, washing machine but NO dishwasher.
There is a very large bed in the bedroom and a smaller double bed in the second room that we use as an office and guest room.

Fast direkt am Ostendplatz, 3 Minuten zu Fuß zur nächsten U-Bahn Station (Ostendplatz U4) und Bus 42 - 7 Minuten bis Hauptbahnhof. Viele Supermärkte im Umkreis von 10 Gehminuten (Rewe UND Rewe City, Aldi, Norma, Penny).
Es gibt 2 gute Bäcker, eine leckere Eisdiele, mindestens 3 Biomärkte und einen Wochenmarkt jeden Freitag. Ein Kaffeeröster gibt es auch in 3 Gehminuten, und die nächste Craft-Bier-Kneipe ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Parken mit Parkuhren geht, aber es ist wettbewerbsintensiv. Wer Geduld hat, findet immer eine Lücke. Es gibt kostenlosen Straßenparkplätze etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Almost directly on Ostendplatz, 3 minutes on foot to the nearest U-Bahn Station (Ostendplatz U4) and Bus 42 - 7 minutes to the Hauptbahnhof. Many supermarkets (Rewe AND Rewe City, Aldi, Norma, Penny). There are 2 good bakeries, an ice cream shop, at least 3 organic stores and a weekly market every Friday. A coffee roaster is also within 3 minutes walking distance and the closest Craft Beer pub can be reached within 15 minutes by foot.
Parking with parking meters is possible but it can be very competitive. There is free street parking about 10 minutes away by foot.

Es handelt nämlich um eine Wohnung die verfügbar in Mai und Juni ist. Aber der Ein- und Auszug könnten eine Woche oder so früher oder später erfolgen.
Wir werden unsere personale Gegenstände aufräumen und lagen, während wir weg sind, damit Sie den Raum frei nutzen können.
Wir suchen nach einer Person oder einem Paar, die sich um unsere Wohnung kümmern und sie genießen, während wir beruflich unterwegs sind.
Wir werden einige Pflanzen hinterlassen. Es würde uns freuen, wenn ihr euch um sie kümmern würdet.

We hope you understand that we can only offer the apartment to non-smokers.
Basically, the apartment is available for May and June but the move in and out dates can be moved a week earlier or later if necessary.
We will gather up and store our personal possessions while we are away, so that you can freely use the space.
We are looking for a person or couple, who will look after and enjoy our apartment while we are away for work. We will leave some plants behind. We would appreciate it if you would look after them for us.
