Möbilierte Wohnung zur Untermiete in Stuttgart, Plieningen

Aufgrund unserer Masterarbeit sind wir 3 Monate im Ausland und werden für den Zeitraum unsere großzügige Zweizimmer Wohnung möbiliert untervermieten. Die Wohnung steht von 12. Dezember bis 08. März zur Verfügung. Die Zweizimmer Wohnung ist wegen der Raumaufteilung leider nicht als WG geeignet, aber ideal für Paare.
Die Wohnung im Weißdornweg ist lichtdurchflutet und bequem eingerichtet. Die Küche hat neben grundlegender Ausstattung mit Herd, Ofen und Kühlschrank auch eine kleine Geschirrspülmaschine. Das Wohn und Esszimmer ist großzügig geschnitten, an dem Esstisch lassen sich gut Freunde einladen, auf dem Sofa entspannt Filme schauen und am Schreibtisch von zu Hause aus arbeiten. Vom Wohnzimmer aus kommt man direkt auf die Terrasse mit kleinem Gartenanteil.Wir sind ein Nichtraucherhaushalt, deshalb ist das Rauchen nur auf der Terrasse gestattet.
Das Schlafzimmer ist auch gemütlich eingerichtet und hat auch genügend Platz, wenn man sich zurückziehen möchte. Alle Fenster haben Jalousien.
Das Bad (ohne Tageslicht) hat eine Badewanne und bietet sonst alle grundlegenden Annehmlichkeiten. Die Waschmaschine steht im hauseigenen Waschkeller. Die Nachbarn sind alle sehr freundlich.
Da die Wohnung möbiliert untervermietet wird, schließen wir Bewerbungen mit Haustieren aus.

Due to research for our master’s thesis we are going to spent 3 months abroad. During that time, you have the opportunity to sublet our spacious and furnished flat. The flat is available from the 12th of December until 08th of March. Unfortunately is the room distribution not suitable for a shared flat, but perfect for couples.
The flat situated in the Weißdornweg is sunny with all the comforts you need. The kitchen has all the basic necessities including oven, stove and fridge but additionally a dishwasher. The living and dining room is spacious with a big dining table to invite friends over, furthermore the couch is inviting for chilled evenings and the desk gives you the possibility to work from home. From the living room you reach the terrace, which is enclosed to a small piece of garden.
Since this is a non-smoking household, we ask you to only smoke outside on the terrasse. The bedroom is comfortably furnshed with sufficient space for having some quiet time. All windoes come with blinds.
The bathroom has a bathtub and all crucial necessities. The washing machine is in the basement in the washing room. The neighbours in this house are all welcoming.
Furthermore we do not allow pets, since we sublet the flat furnished. Thank you for your understanding.
