Looking for a subsequent tenant for my beautiful 2-room apartment directly at Marienplatz. Here on the first floor, you have enough space (around 50 m2) to unfold with a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen which includes a fitted kitchen, a bathroom with shower which is next to the kitchen, and a separate toilet. Since it is an old building, the apartment has a great ceiling height.

The apartment is available from October 1. The layout makes the apartment perfect for a single person or a couple.

The apartment is located directly at the Marienplatz. Stores for daily needs (Rewe/Netto/dm) are there of course, as well as a gym, yoga studio, etc.
Several subway and bus lines leave directly from Marienplatz. The nearest S-Bahn stop, Stadmitte and Feuersee, is just a few minutes away by bus or 15-minute walk.
Marienplatz is a well-known urban square in the south of Stuttgart and also offers a lot of recreational value with several restaurants and bars.
