Ich suche einen Zwischenmieter/in für meine Wohnung für die Zeit vom 23.Juli - 23.September (für paar Tage vorher oder nachher lässt sich reden) welches sich im schönen Stuttgarter Süden befindet.
Die voll möbilierte Wohnung (Doppelbett, Couch, Sofa, Arbeitstisch und Bücheregal) würde 450€ kosten (pro Monat). Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Neubau im 2. Stock. WLAN ist natürlich auch vorhanden.
In der Wohnung gibt es keine Waschmaschine.
Da ich ein Doppelbett habe ist die Wohnung auch für ein Paar geeignet.
Aufgrund der Möbilierung wird eine Kaution in Höhe von 300€ erhoben.
Bei Interesse kann ich per Email auch Fotos schicken.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer super Lage, verschiedene Verkehrsmittel sind in kurzer Zeit zu Fuß zu erreichen (U14 + U1, Bus 43). Abgesehen davon ist man auch in 10 Minuten gleich im Stadtzentrum, das super ist zum Ausgehen und in 15 Minuten in der Universität in der Stadtmitte. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Restaurants und Bars.
I am seeking a tenant for my apartment for the period from July 23 - September 23 (for a few days before or after we can talk) which is located in the beautiful south of Stuttgart.
The fully furnished apartment would cost € 450 (per month). The apartment is located in a new building on the 2nd floor. Wifi internet is also available. The apartment is also suitable for a couple, because i have a queen size bed.
Because of my furniture a security deposit of 400 € is charged.
The apartment is in a great location, different kinds of transport (U14 + U1, bus 43) are within a short walk. That being said, you can be in 10 minutes right in the centre of the city which is great for going out, or in 15 minutes in the central university campus.
