Spacious 3 room fully furnished apartment will be available for a short term rent at Vaihingen starting from 27 November 2023. The total size of the apartment is 115 m2. My family is going for a holiday about 4 months and I will be on my business trips, therefore we would like to sublease our apartment.
The apartment has 2 spacious rooms (living room and bed room), another small room which can be used for kids as a bed room, a balcony, spacious dining hall, beautiful kitchen and bathroom with separate toilet room. During your stay, you will get whole apartment except a small room which will be used to store our stuff and locked. The apartment contains TV and 2 sofas (can be used a bed) in the living room; all utensils for the kitchen; bed for two people and extra mattresses; washing machine (in basement) and wifi.
