I am offering my room to sublet in a 5er flat share in Stuttgart Vaihingen from 26.07 - 07.10 (DAtes are very flexible!). The room has a large window which looks into the back garden and is very bright and arranged advantageously. The room is fully furnished and has everything you need and what you need: full bed, clothes rail, wardrobe, 2 large shelves, desk, office chair, a fluffy rug and a ukulele (absolutely essential for any summer sublet).

10m² großes Zimmer frei von 25.07 - 07.10 in Vaihingen Stuttgart zur Untermiete.
In einer 5er WG in Stuttgart Vaihingen ist ab sofort ein Zimmer zur Untermiete. Das Zimmer ist durch eine große Fensterseite sehr hell und für die eher kleine Größe vorteilhaft geschnitten. Durch eine Säule im Zimmer ist der Arbeits- und Schlafbereich schön getrennt. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert und alles, was man so braucht und was reinpasst: komplettes Bett, Kleiderstange, Schrank, 2 große Regale, Schreibtisch, Bürostuhl und ein flauschiger Teppich.
Our apartment is about 2 minutes from the underground station Wallgraben and 8 min. from the Sbahn stop Vaihingen Bhf. In the city you need about 15 minutes with the trains and at the university and the HdM you are in about 10 minutes and the U6 drives every few minutes directly to Hoheheim. But you can also cycle the route well. There is also a baker right in front of the nose and to Lidl, Aldi, Rewe and Edeka it is not far.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of a semi-detached house, where most share flats. We have a small garden where you can have a great barbecue, no matter if summer or winter. There's also a NEN drying rack and here our bicycles park. You can also park them in the cellar, we have a small compartment in which you can subordinate things in any case.
The kitchen is not huge, but it has been enough to cook, eat and drink together.

Die Wohnung liegt ca. 2 min von der Ubahn-Haltestelle Wallgraben und 8 min. von der Sbahn Haltestelle Vaihingen Bhf entfernt. In die Stadt brauchst du ca. 15 min mit den Bahnen und an der Uni und der HdM bist du in ca. 10 min und die U6 fährt alle paar Minuten direkt nach Hohenheim. Die Strecke kann man aber auch gut radeln. Außerdem gibt es nen Bäcker direkt vor der Nase und zu Lidl, Aldi, Rewe und Edeka ist es auch nicht weit.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss einer Doppelhaushälfte, in der zum Großteil WGs wohnen. Wir haben einen kleinen Garten, in dem man prima Grillen kann, egal ob Sommer oder Winter. Dort gibt’s auch nen Wäscheständer und hier parken unsere Fahrräder. Die kann man aber natürlich auch in den Keller packen, wir haben ein kleines Abteil in dem du auf jeden Fall noch Sachen unterstellen kannst.
Die Küche ist nicht riesig, aber zum gemeinsamen Kochen, Essen & Trinken hat es bis jetzt gereicht.
The flat is a chill mix of professionals and students ages 26-30. We have a cleaning plan that is already important for 5 people. Otherwise, everyone just buys what they need for the flat.

Wir haben einen Putzplan, der bei 5 Personen schon wichtig ist. Ansonsten kauft einfach jeder mal ein, was man für die WG so braucht.
