Ich vermiete meine schöne, helle, voll möblierte 1,5 Zimmer Dachgeschosswohnung im Stuttgarter Westen. Die Wohnung hat ein großes Wohn- und Schlafzimmer. In einem weitereren Raum befindet sich eine kleine Küchenecke sowie eine Sitzgruppe. Alle notwendigen Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden (Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, etc.). Im Kühlschrank findest Du genügend Platz, um alle Deine Lebensmittel unterzubringen. Das kleine Duschbad ist singlegerecht.
Das Wohn- und Schlafzimmer ist mit einem 140cm Bett ausgestattet, einer Kommode, einer Sofaecke und einem Arbeitsplatz. Handtücher und Bettwäsche kann ich gerne rauslegen. Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen (1 Min. bis zur Tram), und die Nachbarschaft lädt ein Restaurants und Bars zu erkunden. WLAN ist natürlich dabei. Einen Fernseher habe ich übrigens nicht.
Während der Mietdauer hast Du die Wohnung für Dich allein. Wichtig ist allerdings, dass die Schlüsselübergabe am 7.8. bis 10 Uhr morgens von statten geht.

I am renting my fully furnished, bright, cosy apartment under the roof of a nice apartment building in the trendy area of Stuttgart-West. The apartment has a large room for living and sleeping. Another room contains a small kitchenette and a sitting area. You will find the kitchenette very well equipped (dishwasher, laundry, etc.) . There is also plenty of space in the fridge and an the freezer to store your supplies.
The bathroom has a hot-shower and a toilet obviously.
The room is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, a sofa area, and a desk. Needless to say I supply fresh towels and sheets. Wifi is obviously included. I have no TV.
The apartment is located in Stuttgart's beautiful district "Stuttgart-West". The area is well-known for its student life and its proximity to the city center. It is a nice area with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby - yet it is clam and quiet during the night so that you'll get your sleep.
Supermarkets, drug stores, an organic food store and atm mashines are all just a few minutes away.
You will have the apartment to yourself for the time of your stay. Only condition is that you will have to arrive on August 7th before 10am.
Die Wohnung befindet sich mitten im Struttgarter Westen und ist perfekt an die öffentlichen Verkehrtsmittel angebunden.
