This is a beautiful and cozy penthouse located in the City Centre with bright rooms and high ceilings.
The house is composed by a spacious and luminous living living room with space for 2 sofas as well a dining table, an open space kitchen and 2 separate bedrooms (one of them is mezzanine) plus the private storage room downstairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, fridge and dishwasher (included in the price).
You can also find the installation for the washing machine in the marble bathroom. The flat offers beautiful and relaxing views from every window and the atmosphere is quite during the entire day and night.
Location: 500 m to main market and shopping street , Porta Nigra and Basilika. Bus stop to Luxembourg, Konz and nearby cities is 2 minutes walk.
