Bright and spacious one-bedroom apartment available from 25.02.2022 until 26.05.2022. The apartment is located at the first floor of a new building in a very quiet, green, and central area. The apartment has large and panoramic windows and is very well thermo-insulated (very warm even during the winter!). It comes fully furnished (bed, mattress, wardrobe, washing-machine, desk, sofa, mirror, etc.) and equipped with a modern kitchen (with oven, toaster, utensils, etc.).
The apartment is located in a very nice neighbourhood in the city centre, between Karl Marx's house and the Mosel. Everything (shops, supermarkets, attractions) is within walking distance and it's a perfect spot if you are into running (there is a nice running path along the river that you can easily access). Bus station is also very close (less than 5 minutes by foot). There are direct connections to Porta Nigra, the train station, and the University (I work at the University and take the bus frequently). The location is also extremely convenient for commuters to Luxembourg.
This is a short sublet while I am abroad for work – no extension possible. The rent includes heating. The landlord will need to approve the temporary tenant so I would kindly ask you to send me a message with some information about yourself.
