Die Warmmiete beträgt 629€ und enthält Internet, Strom, Heizung und einen Stellplatz fürs Auto. Waschmaschinen und Trockner sind ebenfalls im Haus vorhanden.
Die Wohnung selbst ist in zwei Zimmer aufgeteilt und hat eine kleine Küche und ein Bad mit Dusche,
Außerdem ist sie vor allem im Frühling und Sommer sehr hell durch die großen Fensterfronten.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl, Wasgau, Dm, Subway etc.) liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe und die Bushaltestellen sind nur je 2min entfernt.
Campus 1 liegt zu Fuß 10min entfernt, Campus 2 in 5min.
Das Flag II ist ein privates Studentenwohnheim in einem sehr modernen Stil. Zudem befindet sich in der Nähe auch ein schöner Park, wo man sich super entspannen kann, Fußball oder Volleyball spielen kann und mit Freunden in der Sonne liegen kann.
Bevorzugt suchen wir Nachmieter, die unsere Möbel übernehmen.
