Mit dem Aufzug oder durch den Treppenhaus erreicht man diese Wohnung im 1.OG. Das im 2014 renoviertes Objekt besteht von ein Großraum (Wohnzimmer-Esszimmer-Einbauküche), ein kleines separates Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer mit Dusche und eine kleine Diele.
Kabelanschluss und Telefondose sind vorhanden.
Das Gebäude hat ein Fahrradkeller. Im Dachgeschoss ist ein Waschraum mit Waschmaschinen und Trockner (2€ pro Marke). Es gibt auch eine große Terrasse mit Sauna, es ist leider wegen Reparaturen nicht zugänglich.
Ein Auto Stellplatz/Tiefgaragenstellplatz kann separat für 36€/40€ gemietet werden (muss aber nicht).

Accessible by elevator or through the stairs, the flat is in the first floor. It has a big room with the equipped living, dining room and kitchen, the separate bedroom, bathroom and a vestibule. There is Cable-TV included and there is connection for telephone (for telephone you need your own contract).
The building has a place for the bicycles and if you have a car, parking places are optionally to be rented separately for 36€ (outside) or 40€ (inside).
On the roof floor there are washing machines and dryers avilable (2€ per coin) and a common terrace which sadly is closed at the moment because it's being repaired.
In der Neustadt in der Nähe vom Alte-Zollhafen und Goethestraße. Zwei Minuten zu Fuß zum Rhein und Rewe. Zwei Bus Haltestellen mit 5 Bus -linien sind in 3 Minuten zu erreichen (damit kommt man in 5 Minuten zum Zentrum oder zum Bahnhof. Die Straßenbahn ist 8 Minuten entfernt.

In the Neustadt, close to the old port and the Goethestraße. Two minutes walk to the river and supermarket. Two bus stops with 5 bus lines are within 5 minutes walk, which help you reach the city centre or the train station in 5 Minutes.
Ich bin aktuell der Mieter und suche ein Nachmieter. Der Vermieter wird jede Entscheidung treffen.
Die Wohnung wird unmöbliert vermietet und nur an Einzelpersonen.
